http://www.webmedlit.com This is an excellent service. They scan the web each night for updates to medical journals. Articles are listed by headlines only, but they create links back to the original articles or abstracts at the publishers' web sites.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov This is a link to the National Library of Medicine literature search site. The service has access to 9 million citations in MEDLINE and Pre_MEDLINE (with links to participating on-line journals), and other related databases.
http://fleming.bidmc.harvard.edu This is a link to PaperChase. Users can search for references to the biomedical literature in AIDSLINE, MEDLINE and more. They will even copy articles for you. However, they do charge for the searches.
